Credit Card Payments

Pay your 2021 club dues! To Pay Your Club Dues/Season Deposit/Tryout Fee/Little Spikers Fee/Clinic Fees: Choose the amount by adjusting the quantity in your cart. A quantity of 250 equals a $250 payment. **There is a 3% processing fee to pay by credit card.  This will display as “tax”** If you are unsure of your balance or have questions regarding payments or due dates, email forcevolleyballpayments@gmail.com. Payment Policies: – I understand that this payment and all future payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. – I understand that if my daughter is unable to play at any time or for any reason (injury, illness, scheduling conflicts, etc.) that I remain liable for my daughter’s total club season dues. Outstanding balances are due within fourteen (14) days of my daughter’s departure from the club. – I understand that if any payments are late or in default, my daughter will not be allowed to attend any practices or tournaments until payments are up to date.  Additionally, I will be held liable for any costs associated with the collection of unpaid fees.
